Tayler grew up in Florida, and received her undergraduate degree in Social Work from the Florida State University in 2014 and continued to complete her Master’s in Social Work in 2015. After completing her graduate degree, Tayler worked in an outpatient setting alongside developmental therapists treating children with Autism, sensory processing disorder, developmental delays, attention deficits, and behavior challenges.
Tayler continued her work with children in the foster care system in Jacksonville, FL. Tayler assisted children and families through the reunification and adoption process. She also has experience counseling children directly in the school setting.
Additionally, Tayler has experience supporting children and their families when experiencing emotional and behavior management difficulties, grief and loss, family adjustments, and trauma. She has specialized training and experience treating anxiety disorders and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Tayler finds it especially rewarding to empower children to reduce symptoms of anxiety and OCD and she loves to include families in the treatment process.
Tayler is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Florida and Texas, and a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. In her free time, Tayler enjoys playing board games, walking her dogs, and cheering for the FSU Seminoles.
