Reagan Stewart
M.S., LPC-Associate, NCC
Reagan is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate and National Certified Counselor practicing under the supervision of Sarah Balint-Bravo, M.Ed., LPC-S, RPT-S, NCC. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Child Development from Texas Christian University, where she studied through the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development and received training in trauma-informed care and Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®). Reagan later earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas, where she specialized in play therapy. During her time at UNT, she received advanced training in Child-Centered Play Therapy and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) and served as a research assistant with the Center for Play Therapy, supporting doctoral research. Reagan is currently working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist.
Reagan has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in school-based, community mental health, and private practice settings. She values partnering with parents and caregivers through parent consultation and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) to strengthen relationships and support continued growth both in and outside of the therapy room.
Reagan believes the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. She takes a person-centered approach, integrating personalized, evidence-based interventions to meet each client's unique needs and goals. Through connection, creativity, and humor, Reagan creates a warm and supportive environment where clients feel understood, accepted, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
Outside the counseling room, Reagan enjoys traveling, baking, needlepointing, teaching and choreographing dance, and spending time with family and friends.
