
Sarah has spent her life working with children and families. She completed her education at the University of North Texas, with her undergraduate work in early childhood development and psychology, & received her masters degree in counseling with an emphasis in play therapy. Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Registered Play Therapist and a National Certified Counselor. She has worked with children and families in the clinical setting, community agency, and hospital setting. For the last five years she has been working with children in the alternative school setting providing play therapy to the students and assisting the teachers and other school staff to help the child be successful. Sarah is also the co-founder of Camp C.O.P.E., which teaches coping skills to the children of wounded and deployed service members.
